AI Governance Framework: Managing Risk as You Scale AI Across Your Business

AI governance is not a compliance checkbox — it's the infrastructure that makes AI deployment sustainable. Companies that deploy AI without governance discover its importance when something goes wrong: a biased hiring decision, a hallucinated customer claim, a compliance violation, or an AI system that produces systematically wrong outputs for months before anyone notices.
